The Yuma County Airport Authority or "YCAA" manages the Yuma International Airport on behalf of the residents of the greater Southwest Region. In order to accomplish this task we employ a number of people who strive to promote and foster civil aviation by providing the finest facilities and best customer service possible. Employment Application

Positions at the YCAA are organized into five departments:

• Airport Administration - positions include customer service representatives, marketing and administrative positions charged with the overall management of the airport.
• Finance - Our Finance department includes positions such as bookkeeper, human resource professionals, general ledger clerks, our office manager and the chief financial officer.
• Information Technology (IT) - The IT department includes positions such as IT specialist and the chief technology officer who oversees our computer network, the storage and protection of data as well as the management and sale of ISP and telephone services.
• Maintenance - Our maintenance department includes a number of positions charged with maintaining our equipment and facilities as well as keeping them clean and safe to use.
• Operations - Our operations department includes operations officers who ensure the safety of our customers as well as managing the utilization of airfield assets.

There are many other entities that do business at the airport including commercial airlines, car rental companies, aviation fuel and service providers, food and beverage vendors and the TSA. These companies and organizations are independent of the YCAA and have their own hiring policies and processes.
